Why is Diana® Sauce now in a plastic bottle?
Through consumer research, we discovered that many consumers preferred plastic over glass because it was lightweight, more durable, less likely to break, and squeezable. In addition, Diana® Sauce is dedicated to the sustainable health of people and the planet. While both glass and plastic are recyclable, the new Diana® Sauce plastic packaging is over 85% lighter in weight than the former glass packaging which reduces energy consumption and greenhouse gases during transportation.
So plastic is also better for the environment.

L = production facility, being Leamington, Ontario
1231 = Julian Calendar (i.e. 123rd day 2011, therefore product was produced on May 2nd, 2011)
20:22 = Military Hour Code
